01Before you start
Have these ready. You can add or change any of them later:
- Your photo or company logo
- The phone numbers and e-mail addresses you want to share
- Your social media accounts and website
- Your bank account (IBAN) and invoice details, if you want people to be able to pay or invoice you
02Step 1: Create your account
Register with your e-mail address or your Google account. Registration is free, and the same account works in the web panel and in the OSSDOY mobile app.
03Step 2: Add your card
Every OSSDOY card comes with a code. Enter it on the Add card screen under My Cards and the card is linked to your account; the edit screen then opens automatically.
On NFC cards the code is printed on the card, so the card in your hand and the page it opens are connected from the start.
04Step 3: Fill in your details
The edit screen is divided into tabs, so you can fill it in one part at a time:
- General: name, title, company, logo and an optional YouTube video.
- Contact: e-mail, address and as many phone numbers as you need, each with its own label.
- Bank Accounts: IBAN, account holder, currency and SWIFT code.
- Billing: individual or corporate invoice details.
- Links: social media accounts, website and marketplaces, chosen from a ready list.
- Gallery: up to five images of your products, your office or your work.
Then choose a light or dark theme to match your brand. Every change is saved to the same card address, so nothing needs to be shared again.
05Step 4: Share your card
Hold your NFC card near the other person's phone, or open your card's QR code in the panel and let them scan it. You can also copy the card link and send it by WhatsApp or e-mail.
The QR code can be downloaded as PNG for messages and social media, or as SVG for print. See QR code business card for where to use it.
06Tips for a card people remember
A few small choices make a big difference to how often your card is used:
- Use a clear photo or logo: it is the first thing people see when your card opens.
- Label your numbers: Mobile, Office or WhatsApp tells people which one to use.
- Add only the links you use: a short list gets more taps than a long one.
- Put the QR code where people look: e-mail signature, presentation slides, a desk stand or a shop window.
- Check your analytics: views and link taps show which channels bring results.
07After the card is created
Your card stays editable. Update it from the panel or the mobile app whenever something changes, take it offline when you need to and publish it again later. If you manage cards for a team, see corporate digital business card.
