How does an NFC business card work?

An NFC chip inside the card stores the link to your card page. When the card is held near a phone, the phone opens that link in the browser. The card has no battery and never needs charging.

Does the other person need an app?

No. Your card opens in the phone's browser, whether it is shared by NFC or QR code.

Which phones can read an NFC business card?

Most current Android phones and iPhone XS, XR and later models read NFC cards without an app. On other phones the QR code on the card does the same job.

What if their phone does not support NFC?

If their phone does not support NFC, they can scan the QR code on your card to receive your information instantly.

Can I change my details after the card is printed?

Yes. The physical card points to your online card, so every change you make in the panel appears immediately.

Can I manage more than one card?

Yes. All your cards are listed under My Cards and each one can be edited separately.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored in accordance with personal data protection regulations and your card is served over an up-to-date SSL certificate.
