User Agreement and Privacy Policy

01Parties and scope

This agreement is made between OSSDOY and every person who creates an account on ossdoy.com or in the OSSDOY mobile app.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy that forms part of it.

02The service

OSSDOY lets you create a digital business card and share it through an NFC card, a QR code or a link. You manage your cards from the web panel or the mobile app, and each card is published on its own page.

We may add, change or remove features to improve the service. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

03Your account

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you sign up with Google, your name, e-mail address and profile photo are taken from your Google account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password and let us know immediately.

04Card content

Everything you add to your card, such as your name, title, company, phone numbers, e-mail and postal addresses, social media links, bank accounts, photos and videos, is shown on a public page. Anyone who has your card, QR code or card link can view it and save your contact details.

• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must hold the necessary rights to it.
• Do not publish another person's personal data without their consent, or any content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
• You can edit your card or unpublish it at any time from the panel.
• We may unpublish content that breaches this agreement or the law and suspend the related account.

05Physical cards and serial codes

Each NFC card carries a unique serial number. Once a card is activated with this code, it is permanently linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.

If your card is lost or damaged, you can unpublish the card page from the panel and contact us for a replacement.

06Fees and orders

Current prices for virtual and NFC cards are listed on the pricing page. Physical cards are produced and shipped after the order is confirmed.

Because cards are personalised for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply to them except for manufacturing defects, as permitted by the distance contracts regulation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

07Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this agreement or the law. When an account is closed, its cards are unpublished and activated cards are not assigned to anyone else.

08Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. OSSDOY is not liable for content published by users, for the use of shared card information by third parties, or for indirect damages caused by interruptions in third-party services. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

09Changes to this document

We may update this document when our service or the law changes. We announce material changes on the site or by e-mail before they take effect. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.

10Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction.

11Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process the following data:

Identity and contact

Full name, e-mail address, phone number and profile photo.

Account security

Encrypted password, Google account ID and sign-in history including IP address, browser and device information.

Card content

The information you add to your card, including bank account and IBAN details.

Billing

Name or company title, tax office and tax number, Turkish ID number and billing address.

Card statistics

Views and link clicks on your card page, with the visitor's device type and IP address.

Site usage

Only if you allow analytics cookies: the pages you visit on the site and in the panel, the time spent on them, the referring site, device, browser, screen size, language and time zone, and a masked IP address.

Messages

Messages you send us through the contact form.

12Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to create and manage your account, publish your cards, prepare your card statistics, issue invoices, answer your requests, keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.

These activities rely on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests. Where explicit consent is required, we ask for it separately.

With your explicit consent, we analyse how the site and the panel are used (site analytics) to improve them. You can withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie preferences.

13Sharing and transfer

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising. We share it only as far as necessary with:

• Hosting and e-mail service providers that run our infrastructure
• Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google
• Authorised public institutions, when required by law

Where a service provider is located abroad, the transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

14Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When your account is deleted, your data is deleted or anonymised, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices and access logs, which are stored for the statutory periods.

Site usage records are deleted automatically after 13 months.

15Cookies

OSSDOY uses the cookies required for the site to work and, only with your consent, its own analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

16Security

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, all connections are encrypted over HTTPS and access to data is limited to authorised staff. Although no system is completely secure, we apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data.

17Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used for that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and the deletion or destruction of your data
• Request that these corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties who received your data
• Object to a result against you that arises solely from the automated analysis of your data
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
